For everyone’s health and safety, and to comply with all government requirements we have made some changes. A few things to note when planning your stay…. We have implemented extra cleaning, sanitation, and social distancing measures throughout the hotel. Curbside check-in is available, and shields have been installed at the front desk. Per state guidelines masks are required in all indoor public areas. Due to county guidelines we are not able to provide daily cleaning service, and we can only offer limited grab and go breakfast items. Thank you for your understanding.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and Check-out is 11 a.m. The hotel office closes at 10 p.m. If you are going to arrive after 10 p.m. please call us at 541-996-3996 to make arrangements.
To reserve a hotel room guests must be 18 years old. All reservations require a credit card to guarantee. During some holiday time periods an advance deposit of one night is required.
We require 72 hours’ notice to cancel. If the cancelation is made with less than 72 hours’ notice we will charge for the first night of the stay. During holiday time periods and special events we require two weeks’ notice.
All our rooms and decks are non-smoking, and dogs are only allowed in dog friendly rooms. Guests will be charged a $200 fee if they smoke in a room. The Whirlpool Suites are for adults only. Dogs and children are not allowed in these rooms.
We allow 2 dogs per room of any size. Each dog is $15 per night. Dogs may not be left uncrated in the room. We have crates to borrow if needed. We only allow dogs, no other pets are permitted in the rooms. Dogs are allowed on Oregon beaches off leash as long as they are under voice command.
Fire Pit, Crab Cooking Station and Picnic Area
The fire pit is open seasonally until 10 p.m. The crab cooking station and picnic area are on a first come first serve basis. Blankets, crab cooking supplies and BBQ tools are available to borrow.
Fires are permitted on the beach. All fires must abide by the Oregon Coast state parks guidelines – Oregon Shore State Recreation Area. During very dry periods fires may be banned.
In the event of a tsunami sirens will sound. If you hear the sirens follow the posted tsunami evacuation signs to higher ground. There is a weekly tsunami warning system test on Wednesday. During that time the siren will only go for 20 seconds.
